Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Deliveries and Ordering
Deliveries of advertised products will normally be made within 10 working days of the order date. Lisa Dear Artworks will endeavour to ensure all orders are fulfilled and delivered within the time frame specified. We will contact you by e-mail and inform you when you can expect the delivery to be made.
Delivery Charge on advertised product is £20.00 for Paintings and £15.00 for Box framed prints. Writing Sets, Greeting Cards and Announcement Cards £2.00 for individual sets, for multiple orders email lisa@lisadearartworks.co.uk for quote. We will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your Paypal account. .jpg)
Commission deliveries will be discussed on an individual basis as Oil paint requires a longer drying time.
Some pieces can be very large or fragile. If a particular piece is not suitable for normal carriage we can liaise with the customer to offer an alternative arrangement. The transaction will be completed when the customer accepts the alternative method of carriage.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, for any reason, a refund of all monies will be paid to the Paypal account used.
Oil Paintings
All our hand painted pictures are painted in Oil / Acrylic on Pre-Stretched Canvas on a wooden frame, Primed Boards or Canvas Paper. The sides of canvases are painted, therefore you can display it without a frame if you like.
Frames and Mountboards can be supplied with your choice of painting and can be discussed on an individual basis. Please email lisa@lisadearartworks.co.uk for the Frame availability and price lists.All our materials are of the finest quality to ensure the perfect product. 
Prices
Price example for commission pieces - £150 for A4 size Original Oil Painting on Canvas Paper. All prices discussed on an individual basis and deposit is required. Lisa Dear Artworks reserves the right to alter its prices on Paintings displayed on this website.
Damage Policy
If the order is damaged on arrival you must advise us by e-mail within three days. Please quoting your order reference number which you will find in our confirmation e-mail.

Online order - click on your painting choice to use our online order form if you are ready to buy any works. We accept Paypal payments. Please email lisa@lisadearartworks.co.uk with any questions you may have regarding Individual Commissions, Lisa Dear will be happy to discuss any special requirements you may have.
