St Mary's House

This Commission needed to resemble the original building so I styled it in the form of Stained Glass and used strong outlines to make a mosaic picture. The colours are transparent in places to give the extra illusion of light and space through and around the building.
St Mary's House has been double framed to highlight the depth of the picture. I find this technique works well with canvas paintings.
