Refund Policy for Original Artwork Purchases

1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your artwork for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The artwork must be returned in its original condition.
- The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Custom or commissioned artworks.
- Furniture made to order through Contrado.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at lisa@lisadearartworks.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions for returning the artwork.
- Carefully package the artwork in its original packaging or equivalent to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Ship the artwork to the address provided in the return authorisation.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or damage that occurred during shipping to the buyer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Processing Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If the artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at lisa@lisadearartworks.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund, replacement, or repair.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for original artwork. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired piece.
